We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 7-day exchange policy after the delivery date.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your corset. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for corset purchases due to the nature of our products.

• Exchange Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange, the corset must:

  • Be in its original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.

  • Include all tags, without any signs of wear, alteration, or washing.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges on:

• Custom-made or personalized corsets.

• Corsets that are unsealed after delivery due to health and hygiene reasons.

How to Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@demiano.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. Once approved, ship the corset back to:
