Exchange Policy
Exchange Window: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your corset. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for corset purchases due to the nature of our products.
Exchange Conditions: To be eligible for an exchange, the corset must:
Be in its original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.
Include all tags, without any signs of wear, alteration, or washing.
Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept exchanges on:
Custom-made or personalized corsets.
Corsets that are unsealed after delivery due to health and hygiene reasons.
How to Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@demiano.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. Once approved, ship the corset back to:
